Throughout our operations, we have developed our own equipment and accumulated a voluminous history in the safe operation of glass furnaces´ monitored drainage, in all its stages.

  • Supply and assembly of refracted spout, drainage chute and granulator;

  • Supply and assembly of shutters for drainage flow control, drilling rig and support with water cooling system for protection and process safety;

  • Monitoring the flow of glass grains through the gutter;

  • Monitoring the accumulation of glass grains in the collection tank;

  • Supply of the water recycling system.

Studying the filling programs and, with our own furnace and teams specialized in this segment, we supply glass cullet to the furnace, following the planned rates. During this process, we keep the necessary burners working, to maintain the temperature in the refining, at the level required by the process.

In the cleaning of regenerators, we perform the thermal removal of scale accumulated in the stacking throughout the furnace operation. As a result, there is an increase in the efficiency of the regenerators.

In cases of high level of obstruction, in which it becomes more advantageous to reform and replace the parts, we carry out the
monitoring conservation of temperature, enabling the hot repair.

Continuous monitoring of decisive areas allows preventively correct the problematic situations before they become critical. Through visual observation of the regenerators, inspection of external walls, vault and threshold by infrared, furnace interior inspection by endoscopy and other methods, the
stabilization of the glass quality and the furnace operability are ensured, reducing maintenance costs.
