Although approval of the heating curve is normally the responsibility of the manufacturer of refractory and designer of industrial furnaces, the Thermojet always considered paramount assist the client in determining this parameter whenever requested. For this, one of the main tools used is the computer simulation of the thermal profile of the refractories.
The Thermojet pioneered the country in achieving heating simultaneously using the process electrodes and external burners in Anglo-American CODEMIN in Niquelândia-GO.
The use of burners Thermojet, to supplement the heating of the upper region of the electric furnace CODEMIN allowed to equalize the temperature of the oven, allowing to reduce the levels of mechanical stress on the refractory and a reduction in heating time by 40% with respect to the conventional process.
Concerned with the upgrade of our professionals in the safety aspects of work, train in the first half almost 1 / 3 of our field staff and all our maintenance staff on Security in Facilities and Electric, assuring them, as provided in the Norm. 10 of Decree 3.214/78.
Furthermore, we are under revision and updating of our electrical equipment and recycle all of our professionals in such equipment.
