Although it has started its activities in 2000, Thermojet do Brasil was born with experience. Showing on its staff, technicians and engineers with over 30 years in the field of Thermal Engineering, responsible for introducing the convective system in South America.

Thus, the technological solutions offered by Thermojet are backed by three decades of activities in various industrial segments and services that run over 500 services executed for 120 customers in 10 different segments.

The Thermojet account the commitment of 180 employees selected on a multidisciplinary and cultural universe, because we believe that diversity generates great solutions and ideas.

Our employees are present in three different countries, with 89% in Brazil to support the remaining 5% 6% in Argentina and Colombia.

Currently the education of our workforce is distributed in the following proportion: 16% with higher education, 2% with graduate school, 82% employees trained in the technical level, 04 trainees, selected among the best engineering courses in the country.

Our team consists of experienced professionals in the segment in which they operate, with academic training, practical experience and specific internal training. Besides technical training, our employee’s values linked to constant self-development and environmental preservation.
